3. Account Registration

Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are currently supported on the dgb88 platform:

  • Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
  • Bank Transfer: Major commercial banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method).
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.

Deposited amounts are processed to reach your account immediately. However, minor delays may occur due to banking and mobile network conditions.

Withdrawal Terms

A verified account is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be rejected or delayed in the following circumstances:

  • Account verification is not complete
  • Wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Suspicion of using a third-party payment method

Currency

All transactions on the platform will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: Receive a ৳1,000 bonus → you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each member will receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
  • Any attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
  • dgb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Requesting a withdrawal while any active bonus is in place may result in the bonus being cancelled.

VIP Program

dgb88's VIP program has 4 tiers, each providing weekly cashback:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6. Gaming Rules

The dgb88 platform offers various types of games including slots, fishing games, sports betting, and live casino. Each game has its own rules, which are available within the game itself.

Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs mid-game — such as an internet disconnection or server issue — the result of that round will be verified based on server-side logs. The server's records will be considered final.

Fair Play

All games on the dgb88 platform are operated through verified and certified software providers. Fairness of play is ensured using a Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no manual intervention in determining outcomes.

Betting Limits

Each game has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bets placed in violation of these limits will be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dgb88 platform:

Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing other members or platform staff.

Warning: If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, the account will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by the Platform

dgb88 may suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Violation of the Terms
  • Incomplete or false identity verification information
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Order from a court or regulatory authority
  • Security concerns

Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Send the request via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw verified funds before the account is closed (provided no bonus restrictions apply).

  • Losses caused by unexpected technical errors or server outages (however, in cases of verified loss, a reasonable resolution will be sought)
  • Financial losses resulting from the user's own gaming decisions
  • Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government directives, or war

The platform's maximum liability in any case will be equivalent to the amount deposited by the user in that month.

12. Dispute Resolution
